Ran a 7 minute mile warm up
Then did 4 rounds of 2 min on 30 sec off on the track
0.36 mi, 0.34 mi., 0.33 mi, 0.34 mi.
Not too shabby I suppose. Right around a 6 min pace.
Then I ran 2 miles the long way home. 8 min miles.
Good work out, poor stretch, iced the hip and knees.
I'm not that old, am I?
