I'm pretty sure there's a rule written somewhere that says you shouldn't swim in a lake when there's snow on the nearby mountains. I never have been too good at rules.
I had to double up the swim cap, but I spent an hour and 10 minutes out there. I hope I covered an iron distance in that time. That's what I'm shooting for in the IM.
New suit! Blue Seventy Synergie. Felt good. More flexibility oin the shoulders. Kefty still flared up after 45 minutes or so.
