Scouts
250 Warm up 200 (rpe 4) 2 x 100 (rpe 8) 200 (rpe 4) 2 x 100 (rpe 8) 200 (rpe 4) cool down 200 About 30 minutes. The boy scouts mostly stayed out of the way.
