Are we there yet?

400 warm up swim kick pull swim
4 x (75 easy, 50 build, 25 hard) (2:13 best)
400 straight.
(75 easy, 50 build, 25 hard)
50 cool down
I was there for 45 minutes. Had the place to myself again.
I love that.
