Headed out on a huge Mountainbike ride with 5 amigos. We covered 26.5 miles and I'm not sure how much elevation. Stops for potty, eating and flat tires asa well as regrouping.
4:30 total time. About 3:30 riding time probably. I need to analyze the Garmin;}
