1500 yesterday at the OFC. had to kill an hour before they put the 50 meter lanes back up. Stinking High schoolers make it so the lanes are about 18 yards. LAME!
This AM I rolled out of bed and hit the masters (a little late, but thats how I like it!)
500 x 2
4 x 200 with 45 sec rests (odds free evens stroke - back then breast)
8 x 100 with 20 sec rests. (same as above)
Good workout. I was whipped.
Then I hit the yoga at about 10. I love it! I felt better last week, but today was good, took. Definitely a workout.
