Sad. The mighty ragnar itself has been paved. At least the bottom 3 miles, for thats all we got done this fine windy chilly april afternoon. I think our knees are most sad about that. Steve and I talked hormones on a nice 6 miler with 1700+ elevation. I reckon grand canyon is at least that steep. I got in a little 1.75er while I was waiting. Good warm up. Thanks again to "Nan" for making it possible and feeding me and mine. You guys are great!
