Parked at the top of the canyon and ran down to school in my fivefingers. Almost 8 miles on pavement at 7:15s, then across the trail to finish up with 8:10s average. 10 days out from r2r2r, wanted to shred the legs a bit and get'em ready for the opening heinous downhill that awaits me...
