Backwards 4 with Steve-O

Bloody nose made me late for our 6:14 am date. But despite my stiff as L back, we trotted out a nice 4 and a quarter or so on the usual roads, but counterclockwise. Nice early morning run with a nice friend. Always playing catch-up.

Then the girls got up and did 5 laps around the church together. Little runners. so cute.

Then Lagoon amusement park which should count as a marathon with these three. I think I fell asleep before the giant zit on my 35 year old head hit the pillow.
