it was 85 degrees. I put on my bottoms and boots and went out to see if an additional insole would help my heel blister problem. It may have. But I only did 1.4 because the old blister isn't healed yet. I did a 9:20 and it was fine. Of course, I didn't have a coat or helmet. Sent a note to Guinness to see if they could change my attempt to the half marathon without re-applying. Seems more doable.
