LEGS

after a couple magical days off of running, we did 100 man makers yesterday. Then today a psychotic card workout with double squats, quadruple weighted walking lunges, knees to elbows, and planks. Dumdumdum.
Then Sean and I trotted out a 27 minute three miler in the freezing air. It was nice. But I think my legs might hurt even more tomorrow.
