DV Trot
Thought it would be a good idea to go for a jog at work. Practice loops and a couple Sterling Drives. Beautiful fall weather. Very very nice. Leafy trails. Peaceful.
3.85 miles in 36 min. Not fast. Lotta hills. Felt nice.
