Wake Up Time

When the alarm went off I was confused and angry. But I knew that others were getting up and ready to run. So MSG met Frogs and I on the corner and we did the 6 mile loop. We caught Nan - aka "The Dark Side" with a bit over a mile to go and the four of us followed the yellow brick road looking for the wizard.

Good run. Good Company. Can't wait to suffer away together at the grand canyon.

then spent some time on the nature trail with the kiddos.

That was close.

After a very fun evening out with friends (following a busy friday clinic and long commute), I sat studying. It suddenly dawned on me that i hadn't yet run. So off Fez and I went for the usual one-mile night trot. Got the mail. went to bed.

Trailblazer

When did I get so bad at staying on the trail? Well I found it again. Good old ridges. 4 and a bit. Lots of up and down.

hseb

I was a bit late for class (or so I thought). Parked and trotted up the trail and across for one 10 minute mile with a backpack. After class, Matt wanted to jog back. So we went back on said trail. It was fun to do.

Stay Off of Wet Trails

Out a bit early, so I hit the moist trail.
The big pink sign (stating the above title) made me want to prank call the accompanying number, or write something sarcastic on it. But I just started running. there were a couple spots of mud, but NOTHIN like the destruction I caused a few weeks ago. again, I'm sorry. I am a clydesdale by definition. Well, 7 miles set my brain aright again. A bit cold. Pretty as usual. Chased a small deer herd for a second, too. Fun.

Then I came home and stood my basketball standard back up and put two sections of my cheap vinyl fence back together. Big winds. Spring is springing.

Good friz this morning, too. Nicole got clocked by mike. Fun.

Yup, again.

I got a one-miler in with the dog across the way again in the dark again. Lame.
