Dam! That was rough.

Dam half. Wifey dropped me at the dam. I had a few photo ops. I started at the back and made my way up toward the front. 15th or so with all the silliness. Fun fun fun.
BHM took 1st! Frogger got bronze! Kudos. And the ladies did well, too.
I found it difficult to breath tat times and my choice of clothing was less than ideal and quite warm, but I had to.

I got it done in just a hare under 2 hours. Sadly, the course was only 12.9. Bummer.

Pre school

Like I ran one mile before (pre) school. Out there and back.

Dry creek. Awesome. I can't believe I've never run that before. I like it a lot. Had I known there was a downhill segment, I would have run AT LEAST 40 seconds faster. 5.7 miles. Too much stop and texting.

Tests, evaluations, flu shot, oil change, friz, twisted ankle, trimmed the lawn. Full day.

On the way home

Just a mile in just khakis on the trail at east canyon. You gotta do what you gotta do.
