Same old haziness

Smoke in the air. Shoulda woulda coulda run in the am, but I waited until late and pranced around the usual in the dark while the dog hung back.

I love this mountain! I only made it just past emerald lake and back. Eleven miles, 4250 feet. I didn't have time for the last 1000 feet and couple miles. Had to get the kiddies. Mtn goats. Baby mtn goats. And some of my favorite views anywhere.  2:36 moving time I believe. High 70s. Next time I need to bring a friend along. And more food than one banana.

Bring your dog to work day

Just two laps - 2.7. Just sb1 and myself just cruisin' at dusk. Just a couple of guys gettin' it done y'know?

Olympic speed walk

Gorvaheena, or whoever, accompanied SB1 and me on a three lap 4 miler round the homestead. Dusk. Pretty.

Wife. Rain. Record

Kids at Grammy's. Wife and I ran 3 miles, then I did another 4.5 with the express intent to beat frogman's Strava course record on Lindsey. Mission accomplished. 8:30 - 9:30 pm. Rainy. Lovely.

Mtb

I always forget just how much I love flying round a corner or bombing a straightaway until I'm in the moment. Fishman rented a bike and we did a great 9 mile ride - his first mtb ride ever. So much fun. Then at eleven, I went and did the usual dark one miler. Still waiting on parts...

Car troubles?

Needless to say, I didn't get out til pretty late to do the usual one.
