Isn't that where you're stuck in a hole and people are firing at you from all over the place and you feel like you can't do anything? Hmm
.......................................................Someday I'll do another tri.
After friz I asked if anyone wanted to go for a quick jog with me. Alex said he would, so we did. It was nice. Good chat. I think it was a little less than 8 minutes.
9:00 booty call (for running) to frog-man and off we went. 4.5 miles. 35 min or so. Beautiful night. Stars. Moon. Felt like spring.
And the inaugural run for my brand new Altra Lone Peak zero drop trail runners. Daddy like. Thanks Sean and Pete!
Or here it comes. Depends on how you look at it, right?
Mile trot (8:24) with the dog while two slept and two played doll school. Now back to studying therapeutics.
3 miles. Half hour. W100 start. Gorgeous way to unwind and "reflect."
Sometimes, trails are hard to find when everything is so snowy. I followed big dog tracks - hopefully a domesticated dog- until I found the shoreline again. Quite lovely.
That was fez last night before our run.
This morning I drove in a little late and ran up and around to class in my black boots and backpack in the snow - 9:18 min mile. It was good.
